Bar cart style has been around for decades, but you won’t normally find them in a Muslim home. Due to the nature of using it predominantly as an entertaining station filled with alcohol and mixers, one was limited to its use. But the trend has come full circle, with some modern adjustments. Yesterday, President Obama visited a mosque in Baltimore, MD. I chose not to share the content with my own children, besides the basic knowledge of the visit. They are still too young. However, I urge you to watch this video with your own children and ask some important critical thinking questions to discuss amongst your family.
